FirstGroup – Buy at 405p - interim dividend up by 7.1% to 7.12p - group reaffirmed target to increase dividend each year by 7%.

Shares trade on a March 2011 earnings multiple of 9.7 x falling to 8.7 next year. Prospective yield is 5.4%, rising to 5.8% in 2012. Recommended in May last year at 356p. Buy for the yield.
